Boiling lobster is the easiest way to prepare it. As a general rule, anywhere from 500 to 700g (1 to 1½ lbs) of lobster per person. Of course, the more you like lobster the more you'll eat!
Fill a spacious cauldron with water. Make sure there is enough water to entirely cover the lobster. For every 4 litters of water, add ¾ cup of coarse salt. When the water is boiling, grab the lobster by its back and dip it in the water, head first. Do not forget to cut off the rubber bands on the lobster's claws. Bring the water to boiling again and consider 10 minutes of cooking for a one pound lobster. Add a minute for every additional ¼lbs. Take the lobster out of the cauldron and submerge it in cold water for a minute or two. Eat right away.
